Description: Internal Medicineis a discipline encompassing the study and practice of health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, care, and treatment of men and women from adolescence to old age, during health and all stages of illness.
The preferred candidate will have an inpatient and outpatient practice.
Education: MD or DO
Training: Successful completion of an ACGME- or RCPSC-accredited and/or AOA-approved residency training program in internal medicine
Licensure: Current license to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin and an unrestricted Federal DEA
Board Certification: Within three years of an approved residency certification in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine
