This team is challenged daily to provide cutting edge technology solutions to our clients. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Acts as Program Manager for a large DoD MRAP vehicle integration task. Responsibilities will include budget management; spend plan development, schedule management, customer interface, etc. Scientific Research Corporation offers a competitive salary, an extensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages excellence. FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of C4ISR systems, to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
• Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning. Five (5) years as manager of production projects
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD procurement policies and procedures, and DoD Extension to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). production processes, lean manufacturing and quality control techniques, 5S, Six Sigma, and Quality systems (e.g. QS 9000, ISO 14001, ISO-9001, AS9100) required DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with large military vehicle integration including C4I systems, OGPK
