Food & Beverage Lab Tech Needed!
Schedule: Will vary from 1, 2, and 3rd shifts. (Really need to be open availability because once the contractor goes perm their schedule could change to 2nd or day shift.)
Plant is open 24/7 365 days a year
Training: at least 4 weeks in duration; weekly rotational training on each shift learning duties for each shift.
Work Environment: Contractors will be working in the lab conducting various tests on company products (cottage cheese and sour cream). Performing such tests checking pH levels, viscosity, titrations and other basic lab tests along with lab prep.
- Bachelors of Science degree in a scientific field or will consider no degree with at least 2 years of professional lab experience.
- Experience with viscosity testing, pH testing and titration testing is a plus.
- Experience can come from any industry but food and beverage would be preferable.
