Conducts routine tests for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease, and performs related duties following established standards and practices. Understands and reacts effectively to the unique needs of the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and/or geriatric patient. Supports Core Values/Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy.
Qualifications - Minimum
Minimum Education - Associate’s Degree in Laboratory Science
Minimum Experience - Sufficient previous experience.
Required Courses/Training - Completion of a training program for lab technicians.
Required Certification/Registration - Certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician/MLT or registry eligible.
Hours per pay period: 40
